EVERY PASTOR NEEDS A PASTOR
Our mission is to provide mentoring, counseling, assistance, and other support to pastors, ministry families and churches.

> Seventy percent of pastors say they have a lower self-image now than when they first started.

> Ninety percent of pastors said the ministry was completely different than what they thought it would be like before they first started.

> Seventy percent of pastors regularly consider leaving the ministry due to stress, pressure, and burnout.

> Eighty-one percent of the pastors said there was no regular discipleship program or effective effort of mentoring them to deepen their Christian formation at their church.

Now here else in society is such an extraordinary responsibility carried by a single individual. Even more, when pastors and their families need support themselves, they often feel unable to find it. As prominent and high-profile members of their communities they have a duty to protect and unfortunately internalise, many of the problems and situations they face with the members of their church. They often feel alone.
